Arts and Craft

From painting and drawing to seasonal crafts, our creative sessions offer a relaxing space for self-expression and imagination. You can develop fine motor skills, improve concentration, and experience the pride of creating something unique. Every artwork is celebrated and valued.

Music sessions

Music sessions provide a sensory experience that supports relaxation, self-regulation, and communication. Music helps to express emotions, improve focus and bring a sense of comfort. Sensory play encourages curiosity and emotional balance. Music sessions are especially beneficial for individuals who find comfort in sensory stimulation or respond positively to sound

Sing Circle

Sing Circle is a joyful and inclusive space where everyone can raise their voice and join in. Singing supports language development, memory, and emotional wellbeing while building confidence and a sense of belonging. It’s a beautiful way to connect through music and celebrate togetherness

Gentle dance and movement

Our Biodanza sessions use music, movement, and positive connection to support emotional expression and well-being.

Biodanza encourages free, joyful movement to build confidence and body awareness. The focus is on feeling the rhythm and connecting with others in a safe, supportive space. These sessions can help reduce anxiety and improve mood.
