About Us
Founded in Croydon, Care Leaders Group CIC grew from a deep understanding of what
happens when care is done differently — with heart.
After years of experience in community care, our founder saw too many people being left behind
— older adults sitting alone at home, people with disabilities missing out on community life, and
carers struggling in silence.
So, Care Leaders Group was born — to bring people back into the community and to help them live meaningful, connected lives.
Today, we’re proud to work with residents, families, volunteers, and local partners to create
positive change every day.
We celebrate individuality, nurture confidence, and help people rediscover their place in the
world.
We don’t just deliver services — we build friendships, trust, and belonging.

Our Missions
Our mission is simple yet powerful- to create a stronger, happier, and more connected community
We focus on three core aims

Tackling Loneliness
Many older and disabled adults experience days without seeing or speaking to anyone.Loneliness affects both physical and mental health, often leading to depression or loss of confidence. We provide a lifeline — a friendly face, a group to belong to, and people who genuinely care.

Improving Wellbeing
Improving Wellbeing Through interactive, creative, and health-focused activities, we help people stay active, feel joyful, and rebuild their confidence. Wellbeing isn’t just about the absence of illness — it’s about living fully, with purpose and laughter.

Strengthening Community Engagement
We bring people together — individuals, families, carers, and local organisations — to share experiences and make a collective difference.
connection is at the heart of everything we do. through are groups and partnership, we bridge the gap between isolation and inclusion
Our Motto
Our motto reflects the heart of our work and the values that guide every interaction we have.Empowering Communities, We empower older adults and disabled people to stay active, make choices, and remain a valued part of their community. Empowerment means restoring confidence — showing people that they still have skills to share, laughter to give, and friendships to build.

Inspiring Care
We believe care should uplift, not limit. Our approach inspires both those we support and those who care for them. We show that kindness, patience, and creativity can transform lives.Whether through a befriending visit or a group activity, we see every act of care as an opportunity to inspire hope and joy.
Leading by Example
We lead by showing what compassionate, community-based care should look like. Our worksets a standard — treating every individual with warmth, respect, and genuine understanding. We want our organisation to remind others that great care comes from the heart. This isn’t just our motto — it’s the way we live, work, and lead.
