About our Community Groups

We bring people together through our weekly community group sessions — safe, friendly spaces where older and disabled adults can socialise, stay active, and rediscover the joy of connection. From gentle exercise and creative workshops to music, dance, and shared conversations, every session is designed to lift spirits and build confidence.   

 

Discover a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere at our Community Groups for 50+ older adults to can come together, meet new people and enjoy the company of others. Our sessions are warm, friendly, and full of opportunities to laugh, try something new, learn new skills and take part in activities that brighten your day and improve your well-being.

Our groups provide a safe, inclusive space where you can feel valued. We aim to help you improve your well-being, access support, reduce feelings of isolation and have sense of belonging to the community. 

Our weekly community group locations:

Wednesdays -36 Fellows Court, Morland road, CR0 6NA

Time: 1.30pm - 4.30pm
