At Care Leaders, our Volunteer Work Experience Programme gives you the opportunity to develop valuable skills, build confidence, and contribute to improving the lives of older and disabled adults in Croydon.




As a volunteer, you’ll have the chance to support our services and activities while gaining insight into the charity and care sectors. Depending on your interests and skills, you could:
   •    Support Community Projects: Assist at social groups, events, or wellbeing sessions.
   •    Offer Companionship: Take part in our befriending programme through visits or calls.
   •    Help with Administration: Gain office-based experience supporting our coordination and outreach work.
   •    Use Your Skills: Share your strengths in art, music, health, or communications to help enrich our community
