Transform lives through compassion

Get Involved

At Care Leaders, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. By giving your time, skills and compassion; you can help improve the lives of older adults and people with learning disabilities in your community. Whether you can spare an hour a week or more, your involvement can bring real change — one connection at a time.

All Hands In

why volunteer with Care leaders

Founded in Croydon by Monique Lindsay, Care Leaders Group CIC was created from the realization that many people, even those receiving care services still experience deep loneliness, isolation, and a lack of meaningful connection.Through years of experience in health and social care, our founder Monique recognized that many older adults slipped through the cracks and remained unseen, how many disabled people were disconnected from their communities and how many carers felt overwhelmed without wider support.Care Leaders Group was built to fill that gap.Today, we work closely with residents, families, volunteers and local partners to create positive change across Croydon and beyond. We champion individuality, strengthen well-being and help people rediscover friendships, purpose and belonging. We don’t just deliver support — we lead by example. Building a community where everyone feels valued and connected.
